Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Please note that any cancellation to your registration must be made in writing & must reach the organizer before 1 April 2007.

  2. Please email your cancellation stating your registration number and full registration number and full particulars (name, job title, company, billing address, contact details, etc.) to:

  3. Cancellation received before 1 April 2007 will be refunded less $100 adminstrative charges. Refunds will be made after the end of event.

  4. We regret to inform that there will be no refunds for cancellations received after 2 April 2007. Any requests for refunds made after this deadline to icreate@singex.com.sg will not be entertained but substitute delegates are welcome. Please email the personal details of substitue delegates to icreate@singex.com.sg by 9 April 2007 for processing. Requests for replacements submitted after 9 April 2007 will not be entertained.
